Privacy and cookies, in plain language.
This notice describes processing on the public website, registration and the VorreiTavolo dashboard. For data entered by a guest in a restaurant booking form, the restaurant remains the controller of that guest relationship; VorreiTavolo operates as a technical provider under the applicable agreements.
1. Who operates the service
VORREI GROUP S.R.L., Piața Victoriei 5, Timișoara, Romania, unique code RO52017137, operates and distributes VorreiTavolo. The listed distributor for Italy is Aicomlogic, Via Daniele Manin 2, 01027 Montefiascone (VT), VAT/tax code 02492000563. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form, writing “Privacy” in the subject.
2. Data we process
- Website visit: IP address, browser technical information, requested pages and security logs.
- Sales enquiries: name, contact details, restaurant, plan of interest and message.
- Restaurant account: email, protected credentials, restaurant data, settings, plan and information needed for support.
- Bookings: data the guest provides to the restaurant, such as name, phone, optional email, date, time, party size, notes and recorded consents.
- Acquisition: UTM parameters and advertising identifiers in the URL when the visitor arrives from a campaign.
3. Why we process data
We use data to answer requests, create and protect accounts, provide the service, manage bookings, support, security, administrative obligations and abuse prevention. Analytics and marketing are enabled only after a positive cookie choice. Refusing does not prevent use of the website or Free plan.
4. Legal bases
The legal basis depends on the flow: requested pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interest in security and continuity, or consent for optional categories such as analytics and marketing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
5. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by authorized staff and providers needed for hosting, email, security, payments or support, limited to their role. Google Analytics loads only if you accept Analytics. Meta support is prepared but stays off until a VorreiTavolo Pixel is configured and Marketing consent is given. We do not use identifiers belonging to other projects.
6. Retention
We retain data for the time needed for the request, contractual relationship and legal obligations. Restaurant and booking data follow the account lifecycle and settings available to the restaurant controller. Technical logs may be kept longer when needed to investigate incidents or protect the service. Cookie preferences remain in the browser until changed or deleted.
7. Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. If your request concerns a restaurant booking, contact that restaurant first: it decides the purposes and use of its guest data. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and similar tools
- Necessary: security, session, language and storage of the privacy choice. Always active.
- Analytics: measurement of pages and journey steps. Off on entry and loaded only after consent.
- Marketing: Google Ads/Meta attribution and campaigns, only when project IDs are configured and the user consents.
No optional category is preselected. “Reject”, “Preferences” and “Accept all” are available on the first layer. You can reopen the choice at any time.
